Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. The CCPA defines "sale" broadly to include sharing personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even if no money is exchanged.

What Happens When You Opt Out

When you opt out, we will stop sharing your personal information with third-party advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. This means you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your browsing behavior across different sites. We will continue to use your information for other purposes such as providing the Services, security, and non-personalized advertising.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out in two ways:

  1. Cookie preferences: Open your cookie preferences and turn off the "Advertising" toggle. This will disable the advertising cookies and signals used for personalized advertising.
  2. Contact us directly: Email kako@pixloframe.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 15 business days.

Browser-Based Opt-Out Signals

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser or extension. If you enable GPC in a privacy-focused browser or extension, we will treat that as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information. You can learn more about GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Additional Rights

For more information about your privacy rights under California law, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, please see our CCPA Privacy Notice.
