CCPA / CPRA Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This notice applies to California residents and supplements the Privacy Policy. It describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

• Right to delete — request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt-out of sale/sharing — request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this right using the cookie preferences or the Do Not Sell My Personal Information page.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

7. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

8. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require verification that the agent has been authorized to act on your behalf, such as a signed power of attorney or written permission from you.

9. Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we may take steps to verify your identity before processing your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may decline to fulfill your request.

10. How to Exercise Your Rights

11. Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
