CCPA / CPRA Privacy Notice

1. Scope
This notice applies to California residents and supplements the Privacy Policy. It describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:

California residents have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Right to delete — request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt-out of sale/sharing — request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this right using the or the Do Not Sell My Personal Information page.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
7. Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, visit our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page or adjust your cookie preferences below.
8. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require verification that the agent has been authorized to act on your behalf, such as a signed power of attorney or written permission from you.
9. Verification
To protect your privacy and security, we may take steps to verify your identity before processing your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may decline to fulfill your request.
10. How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond within 45 days as required by law, with a possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary. To delete your account directly, go to Settings.
11. Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
